应用Rodgers演化概念分析法界定网络社会支持与维度构建
Defining Network Social Support and Dimension Construction by Applying Rodgers’ Evolutionary Concept Analysis Method
摘要: 目的：探讨网络社会支持与传统社会支持的概念差异，并运用Rodgers演化概念分析法构建一个更为精细和全面的网络社会支持维度模型。方法：运用Rodgers的演化概念分析法，系统梳理中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、Web of Science及PubMed等数据库中关于网络社会支持的相关文献。结果：相较于“社会支持”等概念，“网络社会支持”在属性与特征上展现出独特差异，并且越来越获得了各个领域广泛认可。它具备独特性、综合性、动态性、可评估性及发展性等特征。结论：本研究对网络社会支持概念进行了术语化的解释与表述。明确网络社会支持的概念界定，区分其与传统社会支持的差异；构建包含多个维度的网络社会支持维度模型，并对各维度进行详细解释和操作化定义；初步探讨各维度网络社会支持与个体心理健康和社会适应之间的关系。为未来网络社会支持相关研究提供清晰的概念框架和测量工具，并为深入探讨网络社会支持对个体的影响奠定理论基础。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the conceptual differences between online social support and traditional social support, and to construct a more refined and comprehensive model of online social support dimensions using Rodgers’ evolutionary concept analysis method. Methods: Rodgers’ evolutionary concept analysis method was employed to systematically review relevant literature on online social support from databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Web of Science, and PubMed. Results: Compared with concepts like “social support”, “online social support” shows unique differences in attributes and characteristics and has gained wide recognition in various fields. It possesses features such as uniqueness, comprehensiveness, dynamics, assessability, and development. Conclusion: This study provides a terminological explanation and expression of the concept of online social support. It clarifies the concept definition of online social support and distinguishes it from traditional social support; constructs a multi-dimensional model of online social support dimensions, and provides detailed explanations and operational definitions for each dimension; and preliminarily explores the relationship between each dimension of online social support and individual mental health and social adaptation. It provides a clear conceptual framework and measurement tool for future research on online social support and lays a theoretical foundation for in-depth exploration of the impact of online social support on individuals.
