适配多恒温槽集群的通信适配器及控制系统构建
Communication Adapter Adapted for Multi-Thermostat Clusters and Construction of Control System
摘要: 在现代工业控制与实验室环境中,实现对多台恒温设备同时的监控与管理具有重要意义。本文开发了一种用于恒温槽集群控制的通信适配器,用于连接和控制多个恒温槽。通信适配器可通过TTL串口协议与Modbus-RTU协议分别与恒温槽控制器及上位机之间进行通信,并且可实现两种协议之间的转换以串联整个系统。本研制的通信适配器通过将恒温槽的恒温槽控制器的通信信息进行协议转换并封装于Modbus-RTU协议中,成功完成与上位机的通信,从而实现了上位机同时对多台恒温槽的控制和实时监测功能。
Abstract: In modern industrial control and laboratory environments, it is of great significance to achieve simultaneous monitoring and management of multiple constant temperature devices. This paper develops a communication adapter for the cluster control of constant temperature baths, which is used to connect and control multiple constant temperature baths. The communication adapter can communicate with the constant temperature bath controller and the upper computer respectively through the TTL serial port protocol and the Modbus-RTU protocol, and can also convert between the two protocols to connect the entire system in series. The developed communication adapter successfully completes communication with the upper computer by converting the communication information of the constant temperature bath controller and encapsulating it in the Modbus-RTU protocol, thereby realizing the control and real-time monitoring functions of multiple constant temperature baths by the upper computer simultaneously.
