材料学科研究生培养质量“3 + 5模式”评价方法的探索与实践

摘要: 为应对材料学科研究生培养质量评价体系中存在的维度单一、动态反馈不足、实践导向偏差等问题,本研究基于3年培养,5年追踪的评价思路,构建了涵盖在校生、毕业生和社会反馈三大评价维度,以及“课程体系、导师指导、学生工作能力、创新思维、责任担当等评价指标的材料学科研究生培养质量模式”。通过调查问卷、座谈反馈、走访等进行实证研究。结果显示,“导师学术指导”与“学术氛围营造”是主要优势,研究生阶段培养了实验操作能力、数据分析能力、文献检索与阅读能力、团队协作能力、沟通表达能力和问题解决能力,创新能力有待提高。研究证实多维动态评价机制能显著增强培养过程的可追溯性和质量改进的靶向性,为同类工科院校提供了一种可能的参考思路。
Abstract: To address the problems existing in the quality evaluation system for postgraduate training in materials science, such as single dimensions, insufficient dynamic feedback, and deviation in practical orientation, this study, based on the evaluation concept of 3-year training and 5-year follow-up, has constructed three evaluation dimensions covering current students, graduates, and social feedback And the quality model for postgraduate training in materials science based on evaluation indicators such as the curriculum system, mentor guidance, students’ working ability, innovative thinking, and sense of responsibility. Empirical research was conducted through questionnaires, feedback from symposiums, visits, etc. The results show that “academic guidance from supervisors” and “academic atmosphere creation” are the main advantages. During the postgraduate stage, experimental operation ability, data analysis ability, literature retrieval and reading ability, teamwork ability, communication and expression ability, and problem-solving ability have been cultivated. However, the innovation ability needs to be improved. Research has confirmed that the multi-dimensional dynamic evaluation mechanism can significantly enhance the traceability of the training process and the targeting of quality improvement, providing a potential reference framework for similar engineering institutions.
