摘要: 随着人工智能(AI)技术的快速发展,电子商务正在进行一场智能化改革。AI技术能够通过数据分析和算法优化,实现个性化推荐、智能服务、供应链优化和动态定价等多种功能,从而达到提升用户体验且显著降低运营成本。本文聚焦于人工智能驱动的电子商务创新与挑战,分析其主要应用场景及对商业模式、市场竞争格局和消费者行为的影响,并探讨数据安全、算法偏差和技术壁垒等关键风险。最后提出完善法律法规、推动中小企业智能化转型、强化人才培养以及加强国际合作等策略,为AI驱动电子商务的健康发展提供一定参考。
Abstract: With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, e-commerce is undergoing a profound transformation toward intelligentization. By leveraging data analytics and algorithmic optimization, AI enables personalized recommendations, intelligent customer services, supply chain optimization, and dynamic pricing, thereby enhancing user experience while significantly reducing operational costs. This study investigates the innovations and challenges of AI-driven e-commerce, analyzing its primary application scenarios and their impacts on business models, market competition, and consumer behavior. Furthermore, it examines critical risks such as data security, algorithmic bias, and technological barriers. Finally, several strategic measures are proposed, including improving legal and regulatory frameworks, facilitating the intelligent transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthening talent cultivation, and promoting international cooperation, in order to provide valuable insights for the sustainable development of AI-driven e-commerce.
