摘要: 在当前“大思政”教育背景与土木行业数字化转型的双重驱动下,传统专业课程教学资源库面临资源更新滞后、思政融入生硬、校企供需脱节等现实挑战。为此,本文构建了一种以“双主体驱动–三角色互动–四形态赋能”为核心框架的土木类专业课程教学资源库校企共建模式。该模式能够有效整合校企优质资源,实现思政元素的自然渗透与专业课程教学的深度融合,并依托数字技术建立动态的可持续更新机制,为提升专业课程教学质量奠定基础,也可为顺应行业发展需求的土木工程专业人才培养模式提供参考。
Abstract: Under the dual drivers of the current “grand ideological and political education” initiative and the digital transformation of the civil engineering industry, traditional professional course teaching resource databases are confronted with some challenges such as outdated resources, forced integration of ideological and political elements, and disconnection between industry-academia demands. To address these issues, this study proposes a school-enterprise collaborative mode for teaching resource databases in civil engineering professional courses, centered on the core logic of “Dual-Subject Drive - Triple-Role Interaction - Quad-Morphology Empowerment”. This mode can effectively integrate high-quality resources from both schools and enterprises, enable the natural infiltration of ideological and political elements and their deep integration into professional course teaching, and establish a dynamic and sustainable update mechanism based on digital technology, laying a foundation for improving the quality of professional course teaching. It can serve as a reference for civil engineering talent training modes that meet industry development needs.
