家庭社会工作应用型课程“四融合”模式构建探究
Exploration on the Construction of “Four Integrations” Model for Applied Courses of Family Social Work
摘要: 当前家庭结构的深刻变迁,直接催生和加剧了多层次、多元化、高质量的家庭综合服务需求。家庭社会工作是适应新时代家庭特征,有效回应新时代家庭与社会服务升级需求的抓手。然而家庭社会工作人才培养在现实中面临学生培养重理论轻实践、应用型师资力量不足、校社协同未形成体系等问题。由此,本研究尝试构建“四融合”模式,从理念融合、人才融合、场景融合、方法融合四个层面对家庭社会工作课程进行应用型建设实践。从目前建设成效来看,在学生发展、课程质量、校社协同及社会服务四个维度取得了较为明显的效果,最终实现家庭社会工作人才培养目标与行业需求的精准对接,为培养适应新时代家庭服务需求的高素质应用型人才提供路径支撑。
Abstract: The profound changes in current family structures have directly given rise to and exacerbated the demand for multi-level, diversified, and high-quality comprehensive family services. Family social work serves as a key approach to adapt to the characteristics of families in the new era and effectively respond to the upgrading needs of family and social services in this new era. However, the cultivation of family social work talents faces challenges in reality, such as students being trained with an emphasis on theory and a disregard for practice, a shortage of application-oriented teaching resources, and a lack of systematic collaboration between schools and social organizations. Based on this, this study attempts to construct a “four integrations” model, which involves practical application-oriented construction practices for family social work courses from four levels: concept integration, talent integration, scenario integration, and method integration. From the current construction achievements, significant results have been achieved in four dimensions: student development, curriculum quality, school community collaboration, and social services. Ultimately, the goal of cultivating family social work talents has been accurately aligned with industry demands, providing path support for cultivating high-quality applied talents that meet the needs of family services in the new era.
