摘要: 睡眠障碍是乳腺癌患者最常见的症状之一,严重影响患者的生活质量、治疗依从性及疾病预后。本文综述了乳腺癌患者睡眠障碍的临床表现、影响因素以及干预策略的研究进展,旨在为临床制定个性化睡眠管理策略提供理论依据。
Abstract: Sleep disorder is one of the most common symptoms in breast cancer patients, significantly impacting their quality of life, treatment compliance, and disease prognosis. This article systematically reviews recent research progress on the clinical manifestations, influencing factors, and intervention strategies for sleep disorders in breast cancer patients, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the development of personalized sleep management strategies in clinical practice.
