摘要: AI尤其是生成式AI的快速迭代及其在教育领域的广泛应用，正深刻影响着高校各类英语课程的教学方式。在这种背景下，将AI工具引入公共及专业英语教学，有助于摆脱多年来高校英语，特别是部分专业类别性强的英语课程教学实践中面临的多种困境，推动教学方式从“知识传授”转向“探索引导”，真正实现“以学生为中心”的教学改革目标。民办高校应积极探索英语课程的新型教学模式，切实提升学生的专业英语能力。

Abstract: The rapid evolution of AI, especially generative AI, and its widespread application in the field of education are having a profound impact on the teaching methods of various English courses in universities and colleges. In this context, introducing AI tools into both general and specialized English teaching will help to overcome the longstanding challenges faced in English teaching in universities and colleges, particularly in highly specialized English courses. It can thereby shift the focus of teaching from “imparting knowledge” to “guiding exploration” and achieve the goal of “student-centered” teaching reform. Private colleges should explore actively new teaching models for ESP courses to effectively improve students’ professional English proficiency.
