疾病获益感在老年慢性病病人家庭照顾者中的研究进展

摘要: 我国已步入老龄化社会，老年慢性病“多病共存”的现状已成为我国严重的公共卫生问题，由此所带来的医疗和照顾负担日益加剧，对照顾者群体的获益感体验及心理健康水平造成严重影响。因此，本文就疾病获益感的相关概念、照顾者获益感评估工具、国内外研究现状、影响因素、干预措施等方面进行综述，旨在为挖掘和提升老年慢性病病人照顾者群体的疾病获益感提供一定的理论基础，为完善老年慢性病家庭协同护理策略提供一定的参考依据。
Abstract: China has entered an aging society, and the “coexistence of multiple” chronic diseases among the elderly has become a significant public health issue. The resulting burden of medical care and caregiving is increasingly severe, profoundly affecting the benefit finding and mental health of caregivers. Therefore, this article reviews relevant concepts of benefit finding, assessment tools for evaluating the benefit finding among caregivers, the current state of research both domestically and internationally, influencing factors, and intervention measures. The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation for exploring and enhancing the benefit finding among caregivers of elderly patients with chronic diseases, and to offer a reference for improving family collaborative care strategies for elderly patients with chronic conditions.
