产教融合视域下高职教师教学能力提升路径研究——以丽水职业技术学院智能制造学院为例
Research on the Paths to Improve the Teaching Ability of Higher Vocational Teachers from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration—Taking the Intelligent Manufacturing School of Lishui Vocational and Technical College as an Example
摘要: 本文以丽水职业技术学院智能制造学院为例,采用访谈法和分析法,分析发展现状和影响高职教师教学能力的因素;从教师自身、学校环境及社会企业三个维度分析影响因素,提出构建政策制度体系、深化校企实践合作、融入行业协会生态等提升路径,并强调通过长效保障机制激发教师发展动力。旨在为提升未来高职教师教学能力和高素质队伍建设提供有力参考。
Abstract: This study focuses on the School of Intelligent Manufacturing at Lishui Vocational and Technical College, employing interview and analytical methods to investigate the current status and influencing factors affecting faculty members’ teaching competencies. Three dimensions are analyzed: teachers’ personal factors, institutional environment, and social-enterprise collaboration. The research proposes actionable pathways for improvement, including establishing a robust policy and institutional framework, deepening school-enterprise practical cooperation, integrating industry association ecosystems, and implementing long-term guarantee mechanisms to stimulate faculty development motivation. The findings aim to provide strategic references for optimizing pedagogical capacity-building and advancing the professionalization of vocational education faculty.
