新时代背景下大学《创新创业基础》课程教学改革探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform for the “Foundation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship” Course in Universities under the Background of the New Era
摘要: 在“大众创业、万众创新”国家战略的驱动下,高校创新创业教育亟需通过系统性改革实现从“知识传授”向“能力培养”的转型。本文通过重构课程内容、引入企业导师资源、强化实践与竞赛融合,构建“理论 + 案例 + 实践 + 竞赛 + 反思”五维一体的教学模式。采用混合研究方法,结合试点班与传统班的定量对比数据、学生创业后续跟进及企业质性反馈验证改革成效。结果显示,该模式显著提升了学生的创新思维、团队协作能力及创业实践水平,同时推动了教师教学能力的迭代升级及与企业资源的深度整合,有价值地解决了市场需求问题。本文进一步提出构建区域校企联盟、开发虚拟仿真平台、优化政策支持等未来方向,为高校创新创业教育改革提供新的实践路径。
Abstract: Driven by the national strategy of “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation,” higher education institutions urgently need to undergo systematic reform to shift from “knowledge transmission” to “capability cultivation” in innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper constructs a five-dimensional integrated teaching model of “theory + case studies + practice + competitions + reflection” by restructuring course content, introducing industry mentor resources, and strengthening the integration of practice and competitions. Using a mixed-methods approach, the effectiveness of the reform is validated through quantitative comparisons between pilot and traditional classes, follow-up tracking of student entrepreneurship, and qualitative feedback from enterprises. The results indicate that this model significantly enhances students’ innovative thinking, teamwork skills, and entrepreneurial practice capabilities, while also promoting the iterative improvement of teachers’ instructional abilities and deeper integration with enterprise resources, effectively addressing market demands. This paper further proposes future directions, such as establishing regional university-enterprise alliances, developing virtual simulation platforms, and optimizing policy support, to provide new practical pathways for reforming innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions.
