AI嵌入青年白领工作场域的转译困境及其优化
The Translation Predicament of AI Embedded in the Workplace of Young White-Collar Workers and Its Optimization
摘要: 技术–社会视角下的AI组织嵌入深刻影响着青年白领的工作模式,形成了新的行动网络,本文从行动者网络理论视角出发,通过对13位不同行业青年白领的深度访谈,分析异质行动者通过问题呈现、利益赋予、征兆和动员几个阶段重构劳动网络的动态转译过程。研究发现,由于技术颠覆与传统制度的冲突、监控泛化与情感疏离的双重异化以及行动者主体的利益失调阻碍了行动者网络的构建,需要通过技术与组织的协同结构调整、支持性工作情境的创设以及行动者主体性的强化入手,破除现阶段的技术嵌入的转译障碍,探索技术嵌入的人机协同网络的优化策略,以实现青年白领工作场域人机协同的良性互动与可持续发展。
Abstract: The organizational embedding of AI from a technology-society perspective profoundly influences the working patterns of young white-collar workers, forming new action networks. This paper, from the perspective of Actor-Network Theory, analyzes through in-depth interviews with 12 young white-collar workers from different industries, the dynamic translation process of heterogeneous actors reconstructing the labor network through several stages: problem presentation, interest assignment, signs, and mobilization. The research finds that the conflict between technological disruption and traditional institutions, the dual alienation of generalized surveillance and emotional detachment, and the imbalance of interests among actors hinder the construction of the actor network. To overcome the current translation obstacles of technological embedding, it is necessary to start with the coordinated adjustment of technology and organization, the creation of supportive working contexts, and the strengthening of actor subjectivity, to explore optimization strategies for the human-machine collaborative network of technological embedding, in order to achieve a positive and sustainable interaction and development in the working field of young white-collar workers.
