基于“逆向项目驱动”的《液压传动》课程教学改革实践
Teaching Reform Practice of “Hydraulic Transmission” Course Based on “Reverse Project-Driven” Approach
摘要: 作为一所地方应用型本科高校,理应着力于提升学生的实践应用能力,当前的课程教学,虽在一定程度上进行了教学改革,但是仍然不能满足企业的用人需求,灌输式教学、理实脱节等问题仍然较为突出。本文基于《液压传动》这门课程进行教学改革,理论教学选取两个典型液压系统,通过“系统→回路→元件”的逆向拆解,学习基础知识;实践教学围绕“元件→回路→系统”的正向流程重构,学习系统设计,并结合仿真技术开展验证。通过理实一体,全面系统培养学生的系统思维与工程应用能力。
Abstract: As a local application-oriented undergraduate institution, it is imperative to focus on enhancing students’ practical application abilities. Although the current curriculum teaching has undergone some reform to a certain extent, it still fails to meet the employment needs of enterprises. Issues such as indoctrination-based teaching and the disconnection between theory and practice remain prominent. This article focuses on teaching reform based on the course “Hydraulic Transmission”. For theoretical teaching, two typical hydraulic systems are selected, and students learn basic knowledge through the reverse disassembly of “System→Circuit→Component”. Practical teaching revolves around the forward process reconstruction of “Component→Circuit→System”, where students learn system design and conduct verification through simulation technology. By integrating theory and practice, students’ systematic thinking and engineering application abilities are comprehensively and systematically cultivated.
