“4 + 0”中外合作办学模式下飞行器制造工程专业课程思政建设
Ideological and Political Construction of Aircraft Manufacturing Engineering Major Courses under “4 + 0” Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education Model
摘要: 在教育国际化背景下,“4 + 0”中外合作办学是培养国际视野人才的重要途径,但引进的外方课程普遍缺失符合我国价值观的思政元素,造成专业教学与价值引领脱节。本文以沈阳航空航天大学与乌克兰哈尔科夫国立航空航天大学合作的飞行器制造工程(中外合作)专业为对象,聚焦专业核心课程塑性理论,探讨该模式下引进外方课程思政建设的必要性与挑战,研究思政元素挖掘方法与实施策略。研究表明,整合中外资源、化解外方师资认知差异、平衡跨文化价值引领,可将家国情怀等思政元素有效地融入教学,实现知识传授与价值引领统一,为破解育人困境、培养航空报国人才及同类专业课程思政提供参考。
Abstract: Against the background of educational internationalization, the “4 + 0” sino-foreign cooperative education is an important way to cultivate talents with an international perspective. However, foreign courses generally lack ideological and political elements in line with China’s values, leading to a disconnect between professional teaching and value guidance. Taking the Aircraft Manufacturing Engineering major cooperated by Shenyang Aerospace University and Kharkiv National Aerospace University as the object, this paper focuses on the core course of Plasticity Theory, discusses the necessity and challenges of ideological and political construction in curriculum under this model, and studies the excavation and implementation strategies of ideological and political elements. The research shows that integrating Chinese and foreign resources, resolving the cognitive differences of foreign teachers, and balancing cross-cultural value guidance can integrate ideological and political elements such as patriotism into teaching. This achieves the unity of knowledge impartment and value guidance, providing references for solving educational dilemmas, cultivating talents dedicated to serving the motherland through aviation, and offering references for similar professional courses in ideological and political education.
