人工智能在电子商务中的应用与挑战
The Applications and Challenges of Artificial Intelligence in E-Commerce
摘要: 在数字经济快速发展的背景下,电子商务已成为推动经济增长的重要引擎,但也面临用户黏性不足、商品同质化及供应链压力等挑战。人工智能的兴起为电商注入了新动力,其在个性化推荐、精准营销、智能客服、物流优化、风险防控与沉浸式购物等方面广泛应用,有效提升了用户体验与运营效率。然而,人工智能在电商中的深度应用亦伴随诸多问题:技术层面的算法偏差与应用门槛,数据层面的隐私保护与共享困境,治理层面的法律滞后与伦理风险,以及社会层面的岗位替代与人才短缺。若不能妥善应对,这些挑战可能制约行业的可持续发展。为此,本文系统梳理人工智能在电子商务中的应用与挑战,并提出多维度对策,这不仅为人工智能与电子商务融合的进一步研究提供了参考,也为企业优化运营与提升竞争力提供了实践启示。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapidly developing digital economy, e-commerce has become a key driver of economic growth, yet it also faces challenges such as insufficient user stickiness, product homogenization, and supply chain pressures. The rise of artificial intelligence has injected new momentum into e-commerce, with widespread applications in personalized recommendation, precision marketing, intelligent customer service, logistics optimization, risk prevention, and immersive shopping, thereby enhancing both user experience and operational efficiency. However, the deep integration of artificial intelligence into e-commerce is accompanied by a series of issues: algorithmic bias and implementation barriers at the technical level, privacy protection and data-sharing dilemmas at the data level, regulatory lag and ethical risks at the governance level, and job displacement and talent shortages at the social level. If not properly addressed, these challenges may hinder the sustainable development of the industry. To this end, this paper systematically reviews the applications and challenges of artificial intelligence in e-commerce and proposes multidimensional countermeasures. These findings not only provide useful references for further research on the integration of AI and e-commerce but also offer practical insights for enterprises seeking to optimize operations and enhance competitiveness.
