协同赋能视角下高校辅导员参与就业指导课师资队伍建设的路径探索
Exploring Pathways for College Counselors to Engage in Faculty Development for Career Guidance Courses from a Collaborative Empowerment Perspective
摘要: 高校辅导员凭借深度嵌入学生日常管理、精准掌握学生就业诉求的场景化优势,天然具备补充就业方面师资缺口的潜力,但需依托多主体协同机制实现能力升级与资源高效整合。本文从协同赋能视角出发,分析辅导员参与就业指导课师资队伍的优势与协同赋能缺失的问题,构建“主体联动的能力赋能机制、跨域协作的课程共建模式、长效化互动的师资生态优化体系”的三维路径。研究旨在通过协同打破主体壁垒、通过赋能提升教学效能,完善就业指导课师资体系,服务于高校毕业生更高质量、更充分就业。
Abstract: College counselors, leveraging the contextual advantages of being deeply engaged in daily management and accurately grasping employment demands of students, inherently possess the potential to fill the gap in career guidance faculty. However, this potential can only be fully realized through a multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanism to achieve capacity upgrading and efficient resource integration. From the perspective of collaborative empowerment, the paper analyzes the advantages of counselors participating in the career guidance course faculty as well as the problems arising from the lack of collaborative empowerment. It then constructs a three-dimensional pathway consisting of a stakeholder-linked capacity empowerment mechanism, a cross-domain collaborative curriculum co-construction model, and a long-term interactive faculty ecosystem optimization system. The study aims to break down inter-stakeholder barriers through collaboration, enhance teaching effectiveness through empowerment, improve the faculty system for career guidance courses, and ultimately serve the goal of enabling college graduates to secure higher-quality and more sufficient employment.
