嘉兴市住区公共空间儿童友好性研究：理论审视与优化路径

Child-Friendliness of Residential Public Space in Jiaxing City: A Theoretical Re-Examination and Optimization Pathway

摘要: 在儿童友好城市理念日益深入与生育政策调整的时代背景下，住区公共空间作为儿童日常活动最频繁的场所，其品质直接影响着儿童的身心健康发展。本文以嘉兴市为研究范本，从理论层面审视住区公共空间对儿童成长的核心价值，系统剖析当前存在的普遍性问题，如空间设计成人化、自然体验缺失、安全性考量不足及文化内涵稀薄等。研究从儿童行为心理学、环境可供性理论等视角出发，构建一个以“空间重构–自然融合–安全保障–文化浸润”为核心的综合性优化理论框架。最终提出一系列指向未来的优化策略，旨在为嘉兴市及同类城市推动住区公共空间的儿童友好化转型提供深度的理论参考与路径指引。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the deepening child-friendly-city agenda and the recent natality-policy recalibration, residential public space constituting the most frequently accessed everyday milieu for children has become a decisive determinant of juveniles’ physical and psychological wellbeing. Taking Jiaxing as an empirical exemplar, this paper theoretically re-evaluates the cardinal value of residential public space in child development and systematically dissects prevalent deficiencies: adult-normative spatial scripting, impoverished nature exposure, sub-optimal safety protocols, and cultural thinness. Drawing upon developmental environmental psychology and the theory of affordances, we propose a four-dimensional integrative framework “spatial re-configuration, nature symbiosis, safety assurance, and cultural immersion” to guide future intervention. A forward-looking portfolio of optimization strategies is advanced, offering theoretically grounded and operationally transferable pathways for the child-friendly transformation of residential public spaces in Jiaxing and comparable medium-scale Chinese cities.
