基于轮廓模板匹配的键槽一致性自动检测技术研究
Research on Automatic Keyway Consistency Detection Technology Based on Contour Template Matching
摘要: 电火工品作为常见的航天火工产品,生产任务大,具有批次多、批量大的特点,其中插接性能端的键槽一致性属于重要的检验要素。基于轮廓模板匹配的键槽一致性自动检测技术研究是通过轮廓匹配技术和字符识别技术结合硬件系统实现键槽一致性自动检测功能,能代替人工检测,提高检测效率,降低人工劳动强度,保证可追溯性,进一步保证航天产品检测质量。
Abstract: As a common aerospace pyrotechnic product, electric pyrotechnic devices have a large production task, characterized by multiple batches and large quantities. Among them, the consistency of key slots at the insertion performance end is an important inspection element. The research on automatic detection technology for key slot consistency based on contour template matching utilizes contour matching technology and character recognition technology combined with hardware systems to achieve automatic detection of key slot consistency, replacing manual inspection, improving detection efficiency, reducing labor intensity, ensuring traceability, and further ensuring the quality of aerospace product inspection.
