中国茶文化的演变脉络与当代价值探析
Study on the Evolutionary Trajectory and Contemporary Value of Chinese Tea Culture
摘要: 中国茶文化发源于神农,在唐代兴起,宋代盛行,元明清时期变革拓展至近现代转型发展。茶文化在数千年的演变中,从物质利用逐步升华为融合了儒、释、道哲学智慧的生活艺术与精神实践。本文旨在系统梳理茶文化的历史脉络,并重点通过对宋徽宗《大观茶论》的深度文本分析,阐释其“致清导和”思想如何具体融通儒家与道家的哲学理念。茶文化内在的、通过身体实践追求精神境界的独特路径,使其在全球化背景下展现出强大的当代生命力,能够有效涵养国民精神文化生活、彰显民族文化自信并促进社会和谐。
Abstract: Chinese tea culture traces its origins to Shennong, rose to prominence in the Tang Dynasty, flourished in the Song Dynasty, and underwent transformative developments during the Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties before evolving into its modern form. Over millennia, tea culture has progressed from mere material utility to a refined art of living and spiritual practice, integrating the philosophical insights of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. This study systematically outlines the historical trajectory of tea culture, with a focused textual analysis of Emperor Huizong of Song’s Da Guan Cha Lun (The Great Treatise on Tea). It examines how the text’s core concept of “Zhi Qing Dao He” (Achieving Purity and Guiding Harmony) embodies a synthesis of Confucian and Taoist philosophical principles. Tea culture’s inherent distinctive approach—elevating spiritual realms through embodied practice—endows it with enduring relevance in the globalized era. It contributes to enriching national spiritual and cultural life, reinforcing cultural confidence, and fostering social harmony.
