本科男护生悦纳进取与职业获益感的关系
Relationship of Positive Acceptance and Striving with Professional Benefit on Male Undergraduate Nursing Students

摘要: 目的:探究男护生悦纳进取和职业获益感的相关性及其影响因素,为男护生的教育和管理提供参考。方法:使用便利抽样方法选取在校就读时间 ≥ 1年、医院见习或实习男护生,采用护士职业获益感问卷和悦纳进取量表组成的复合式问卷进行调查。结果:本科男护生的悦纳进取得分为(88.76 ± 11.55)分,职业获益感得分为(122.25 ± 15.01)分,均处于中等偏上水平。悦纳进取总分与职业获益感总分及各维度得分呈正相关(r = 0.548~0.759,均P < 0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示:悦纳进取为男护生职业获益感的影响因素(P < 0.01),共解释男护生职业获益感总变异的59.1%。结论:本科男护生的悦纳进取与职业获益感呈正相关。护理管理者和护理教育者可通过增强男护生的悦纳进取水平入手,以提升其职业获益感。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the correlation of positive acceptance and striving with professional benefit on male nursing students, and its related influencing factors, so as to provide a reference for the education and management of male nursing students. Methods: Utilizing the convenience sampling method, male nursing students enrolled for 1 year or more, who were hospital apprentice or trainee, were selected. A composite questionnaire consisting of Nurses’ Perceived Professional Benefits Scale and Positive Acceptance and Striving Scale was surveyed. Results: The total score of male bachelor nursing students’ positive acceptance and striving was (88.76 ± 11.55), professional benefit total score was (122.25 ± 15.01), both of them were above the middle level. The total score of positive acceptance and striving was positively correlated with professional benefit and scores across all dimensions (r = 0.548~0.759, all P < 0.01). The results of multiple linear regression analysis illustrated that positive acceptance and striving was the influencing factor of the professional benefit on male nursing students (P < 0.01), explaining 59.1% of the total variation in professional benefit. Conclusion: The positive acceptance and striving with professional benefit on male undergraduate nursing students showed a positive correlation. Nursing administrator and educators can improve male nursing students’ professional benefit by strengthening their positive acceptance and striving.
