维生素D缺乏与妊娠期糖尿病关系的研究进展

摘要: 近年来我国妊娠期糖尿病发病率不断上升,增加母儿近远期不良结局的发生率,现有多项研究表明维生素D缺乏与许多妊娠合并症相关。目前,关于维生素D缺乏与妊娠期糖尿病之间是否具有相关性的结论并不完全一致,且孕期补充维生素D对于妊娠结局的影响及补充剂量尚无标准化方案。本文就维生素D缺乏及妊娠期糖尿病的关系进行系统回顾,同时就补充维生素D能否改善妊娠期糖尿病母婴结局进行综述,以期为GDM的预防和治疗提供参考。
Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in China has been steadily rising, increasing the rates of adverse short- and long-term outcomes for both mothers and infants. Multiple studies have demonstrated that vitamin D deficiency is associated with numerous pregnancy complications. Currently, conclusions regarding the correlation between vitamin D deficiency and GDM remain inconsistent, and there is no standardized protocol for the impact of vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy on pregnancy outcomes or for the appropriate dosage. This paper provides a systematic review of the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and gestational diabetes mellitus, while also summarizing whether vitamin D supplementation can improve maternal and infant outcomes in GDM. It aims to offer reference for the prevention and treatment of GDM.
