慢就业背景下大学生就业指导教育改革探析

Analysis of the Reform of Employment Guidance Education for College Students under the Background of Slow Employment

摘要: 本文以大学生“慢就业”现象为切入点，分析其成因，指出当前就业指导教育中存在的不足，并提出改革建议。研究发现，高校就业指导缺乏精准性、学生就业观念偏差、实践脱节等是主要原因。为此，建议构建一体化课程体系，强化生涯规划意识，拓展就业教育第二课堂，以有效应对“慢就业”挑战。

Abstract: This paper takes the phenomenon of “slow employment” among college students as a starting point, analyzes its causes, points out the shortcomings in current career guidance education, and proposes reform suggestions. The study finds that the lack of precision in university career guidance, students’ deviated employment perspectives, and the disconnection from practical needs are the main reasons. Accordingly, it recommends constructing an integrated curriculum system, strengthening career planning awareness, and expanding second classroom activities for employment education to effectively address the challenges of “slow employment”.
