基于“BOPPPS + 雨课堂”的《管理沟通》混合式教学模式的设计研究

Design Research on the Blended Teaching Model of Managerial Communication Based on “BOPPPS + Rain Classroom”

摘要: 为满足新文科背景下用人单位对人才的更高需求，增强学生的自主性和创新性，基于“雨课堂 + BOPPPS”对《管理沟通》课堂进行教学改革。本文在介绍“雨课堂 + BOPPPS”的《管理沟通》混合教学模式的优势的基础上，对该教学模式进行设计，为“雨课堂 + BOPPPS”教学模式的有效利用提供了参考。

Abstract: To meet the higher talent demands of employers in the context of the “New Liberal Arts” initiative and enhance students’ autonomy and innovation, this paper conducts a teaching reform on the Managerial Communication course based on “Rain Classroom + BOPPPS”. On the basis of introducing the advantages of the blended teaching model for Managerial Communication integrating “Rain Classroom + BOPPPS”, this paper designs the teaching model, providing a reference for the effective application of the “Rain Classroom + BOPPPS” teaching model.
