瘢痕子宫孕妇中期妊娠合并胎盘前置状态及胎盘植入引产1例并文献复习

A Case of Second-Trimester Pregnancy Termination in a Patient with Scarred Uterus Complicated by Placenta Previa Status and Placenta Accreta, and Literature Review

摘要: 近年随着剖宫产率的上升，胎盘前置状态及胎盘植入的发生率也呈现增高趋势。瘢痕子宫合并胎盘前置状态及胎盘植入的患者在妊娠中期，由于子宫下段形成尚未充分和子宫瘢痕处组织薄弱，其在终止妊娠过程中将面临大出血、子宫破裂等严重风险。本文报道一例瘢痕子宫孕妇合并胎盘前置状态伴胎盘植入的中期妊娠引产案例，并结合相关文献对本病的临床特点和诊疗要点展开总结和探讨，旨在为提高此类高危病例的引产成功率和降低不良结局发生率提供有价值的临床参考依据。

Abstract: In recent years, with the increase in the cesarean section rate, the incidence of placenta previa status and placental accreta has also shown an upward trend. For patients with scarred uterus complicated by placenta previa status and placental accreta, during the second trimester of pregnancy, due to the insufficient formation of the lower uterine segment and the weak tissue at the uterine scar, they will face serious risks such as massive hemorrhage and uterine rupture during the process of terminating the pregnancy. This article reports a case of second-trimester pregnancy termination in a pregnant woman with a scarred uterus complicated by placenta previa status and placental accreta. Combined with relevant literature, it summarizes and discusses the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment points of this condition, aiming to provide valuable clinical reference for improving the success rate of induction of labor and reducing the incidence of adverse outcomes in such high-risk cases.
