帕金森病疼痛症状的中西医研究进展

摘要: 帕金森病疼痛是帕金森病(PD)常见且棘手的非运动症状，严重影响着患者的生活质量，其发病机制尚未明确，暂无一定的特异性的治疗方法。临床上目前西医治疗以缓解疼痛症状为主，而中医治疗具有优势。本文归纳总结了PD疼痛患者的发病机制及其中西医治疗研究，以期能为PD疼痛患者提供临床治疗的新思路，缓解其疼痛症状，从而提高PD患者的生活质量。
Abstract: Pain is a common and intractable non-motor symptom of Parkinson’s disease, it will seriously affect the quality of life of patients, and the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease pain is not clear, and there is no specific treatment. Clinically, Western medicine is often used to alleviate symptoms, but traditional Chinese medicine treatment also has advantages. This article summarizes the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease pain patients and their treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicine, aiming to further alleviate the pain symptoms of Parkinson’s disease patients through integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, thus improving the quality of life for patients with PD.
