兰炭搭配冶炼钛渣的研究
Research on the Blending of Lignite Charcoal in the Smelting of Titanium Slag
摘要: 兰炭作为一种新型的燃料,相较于焦丁而言,价格便宜,固定碳含量高,比电阻高、化学活性强、含灰分、硫磷低的特性,能够用于钛渣冶炼,实现降本增效。本文通过对熔炼过程中兰炭和焦丁的比例及熔炼过程控制的研究,实现稳定生产钛渣的同时,降低其生产成本,做到节能降耗。
Abstract: As a new type of fuel, compared with coke, Lancharcoal has the advantages of low price, high fixed carbon content, high specific resistance, strong chemical activity, and low ash, sulfur and phosphorus content. It can be used in the smelting of titanium slag to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Through the research on the proportion of Lancharcoal and coke in the smelting process and the control of the smelting process, this paper aims to stabilize the production of titanium slag and reduce its production cost, achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction.
