基于“学、练、赛、评”为一体的高校排球教学模式研究

Research on the College Volleyball Teaching Model Based on “Learning, Practicing, Competing and Evaluating” as an Integrated System

摘要: “学、练、赛、评”一体化教学模式作为教育界推崇的一种创新的教育方式，能够有效调动学生对排球学习的积极性，提升教学质量，对高校排球教育的发展具有重要的推动作用。本研究通过文献资料法等研究方法，针对高校排球教学中存在的问题进行了分析，探讨了“学、练、赛、评”一体化教学模式的应用价值，并提出了相应的构建策略，旨在提高学生的排球技术、比赛能力以及综合素质，同时促进体育教育水平的整体进步。

Abstract: The integrated teaching model of “learning, practicing, competing and evaluating” is a novel educational approach highly regarded in the education field. It can effectively stimulate students’ enthusiasm for volleyball learning, enhance teaching quality, and play a significant role in promoting the development of volleyball education in colleges and universities. This study, through research methods such as literature review, analyzed the problems existing in volleyball teaching in colleges and universities, explored the application value of the integrated teaching model of “learning, practicing, competing and evaluating”, and proposed corresponding construction strategies, aiming to improve students’ volleyball skills, competition abilities, and comprehensive qualities, as well as promote the overall progress of physical education.
