“开端计划”学前教师专业化发展的策略及启示
Strategies and Implications for the Professional Development of Preschool Teachers in the “Head Start” Program
摘要: “开端计划”作为美国贫困家庭幼儿的补偿教育项目,为切实保障教育服务质量,20世纪80年代,其通过规范资质准入、提供系统化培训、立法保障专项经费等措施,有力推进学前教师专业化发展。这些做法将为我国学前教师专业化发展提供有益经验。
Abstract: As a compensatory education program for children from poor families in the United States, the “Head Start” Program has, since the 1980s, effectively promoted the professional development of preschool teachers by standardizing qualification access, providing systematic training, and ensuring dedicated funds through legislation. These practices will offer valuable experience for the professional development of preschool teachers in China.
