“智慧 + 价值”双轮驱动:O-VALUE理念的实践路径构建与应用——以药物分析实验改革与探索为例
Dual-Drive Strategy of “Intelligence + Value”: Building and Applying the O-VALUE Conceptual Framework—Taking the Reform and Exploration of Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiments as an Example
摘要: 针对药物分析实验教学中,理论知识与医药产业实际需求衔接不足、实验内容与临床药品质量控制场景脱节,以及学生对“药品质量安全”价值认知薄弱等问题,我们以“目标导向”为核心、“价值导向”为灵魂,构建O-VALUE创新模式,推动药物分析实验教学从“技能训练”向“能力与素养双提升”转型,依托“智慧赋能教学过程、价值引领人才培养”的双轮驱动机制,创新性搭建“启–承–研–拓–探”全链条药物分析实验智慧教学体系。通过重构教学课程教学内容和互动逻辑,推动师生关系从“教主导、学跟随”的单向模式,升级为“协同参与、共生共进”的师生机共同体,最终实现学生实验操作能力、创新思维水平与职业素养的同步提升。
Abstract: To address the disconnection between theoretical knowledge in pharmaceutical analysis education and the actual needs of the pharmaceutical industry, the gap between experimental content and clinical drug quality control scenarios, as well as students’ weak recognition of the value of “drug quality and safety”, we have constructed an innovative O-VALUE model. This model is centered on “Goal-Orientation” and driven by “Value-Orientation” as its core. It promotes the transformation of experimental teaching from mere “skill training” to the “dual enhancement of ability and literacy”. Supported by a dual-drive mechanism of “empowering the teaching process with intelligence and guiding talent cultivation with values”, we have innovatively established a comprehensive smart teaching system for pharmaceutical analysis experiments, structured around the “Initiation-Connection-Research-Expansion-Exploration” chain. By restructuring both the course content and interactive logic, the teacher-student relationship evolves from a one-way model of “teacher-led, student-followed” to a collaborative “teacher-student-digital tripartite community” characterized by mutual participation and co-advancement. Ultimately, this approach achieves synchronous improvement in students’ practical experimental skills, innovative thinking, and professional competence.
