高职院校教师评价体系研究与构建
Research and Construction of Teacher Evaluation System in Vocational Colleges
摘要: 在职业教育深化产教融合、服务区域经济发展的背景下,职业院校教师评价体系改革已成为提升人才培养质量的关键。本文针对当前高职院校评价体系中存在的“重科研轻教学”“重理论轻实践”“重结果轻过程”等突出问题,创新性地构建了包括师德魅力、专业功力、育人效力、服务能力和创新活力五个核心维度的教师评价体系框架,系统剖析了各维度建设的现实困境,并在此基础上提出了创新路径,为职业院校教师的专业化发展提供了理论参考与实践指导。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of deepening the integration of industry and education in vocational education and serving regional economic development, the reform of the evaluation system for vocational college teachers has become the key to improving the quality of technical and skilled talent training. This study innovatively constructs a “five dimensional integrated” teacher evaluation system framework to resolve prominent issues in the current evaluation system, such as “emphasis on scientific research over teaching”, “emphasis on theory over practice”, and “emphasis on results over process”. The framework includes five core dimensions: teacher ethics charm, professional competence, educational effectiveness, service ability, and innovation vitality. This article systematically analyzes the practical difficulties in the construction of various dimensions, and proposes innovative paths based on this, providing comprehensive theoretical references and practical guidance for the professional development of vocational college teachers.
