摘要: 天然气管道全自动焊接工艺参数对焊接质量至关重要。通过对焊接电流、电压、焊接速度等参数的研究,分析其对焊缝成型、焊接强度等的影响。采用科学方法优化参数,以提高焊接效率与质量,降低成本,为天然气管道建设提供可靠的工艺支持。
Abstract: The fully automatic welding process parameters for natural gas pipelines are crucial for welding quality. By studying parameters such as welding current, voltage, and welding speed, analyze their effects on weld formation and welding strength. Using scientific methods to optimize parameters to improve welding efficiency and quality, reduce costs, and provide reliable process support for natural gas pipeline construction.
