新文科背景下工商管理专业数智化人才培养模式改革研究

Research on the Reform of the Digital Intelligence Talent Cultivation Model for Business Administration under the New Liberal Arts Context

摘要: 基于国家新文科建设与数字经济发展的要求，工商管理专业的人才培养模式亟需深化改革。本文聚焦传统商科教育体系与数智时代企业需求不匹配的核心矛盾，以华东师范大学经济与管理学院的实践探索为样本，系统阐述以管理与技术深度融合为核心的工商管理专业人才培养模式改革的新路径。本研究构建了工商管理专业改革的关键举措，即课程体系重构、教学方法与育人模式创新、实践教学与产教融合、国际化建设，旨在为新文科建设背景下培养服务国家创新驱动发展战略与产业数字化转型所需人才提供有效支撑。

Abstract: In response to the national strategy for the construction of the New Liberal Arts and the development of the digital economy, the talent cultivation model for business administration needs urgent deep reform. This paper focuses on the core contradiction between the traditional business education system and the needs of enterprises in the digital intelligence era. Using the practical exploration of the School of Economics and Management at East China Normal University as a case study, it systematically elaborates on a new path for the reform of the business administration talent cultivation model, centered on the deep integration of management and technology. This study constructs the key measures for the reform of the business administration program, including curriculum restructuring, innovation in teaching methods and educational models, practical teaching, industry-education integration, and internationalization, aiming to provide effective support for cultivating the talents needed to serve the national innovation-driven development strategy and the digital transformation of industries within the context of the New Liberal Arts construction.
