儒家义利观与电商平台社会责任
The Confucian Perspective on Right-Interest Relation and the Social Responsibility of E-Commerce Platforms
摘要: 随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,电商平台在社会经济生活中扮演着日益重要的角色,其社会责任问题也逐渐引起广泛关注。本文以儒家义利观为理论基础,探讨电商平台社会责任的伦理根基与实践路径。通过分析儒家思想中“义以为上”、“见利思义”、“义利两有”等核心观念,揭示其对电商平台构建健康商业生态的启示意义。
Abstract: With the burgeoning growth of the digital economy, e-commerce platforms have assumed an increasingly pivotal role in socio-economic life, while the issue of their social responsibility has progressively garnered widespread attention. Grounded in the Confucian theory of the Right-Interest Relation, this paper explores the ethical foundations and practical pathways for the social responsibility of e-commerce platforms. By analyzing core Confucian tenets such as “righteousness as the supreme principle” (yi yi wei shang), “considering righteousness in the face of gain” (jian li si yi), and the “coexistence of righteousness and interest” (yi li liang you), it elucidates their instructive significance for constructing a robust and sustainable business ecosystem within the e-commerce domain.
