基于OBE理念的儿科护理学课程思政教学实践研究
Research on the Teaching Practice of Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education in Pediatric Nursing Courses Based on the OBE Concept
摘要: 目的:探讨基于OBE理念的儿科护理学课程思政教学设计与实践,并评估其应用效果。方法:选取我校2023级护理学专升本班70名学生作为对照组,实施传统线下教学;以2024级专升本班71名学生作为试验组,实施基于OBE理念的混合式教学模式。结果:试验组在考核成绩、自主学习能力及人文关怀能力测评得分均显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:基于OBE理念的课程思政教学模式相较于传统教学,有助于提升学生的学业成绩、自主学习能力与人文关怀素养。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the instructional design and practice of Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education in pediatric nursing under the OBE concept and evaluate its application effectiveness. Methods: A total of 70 nursing students from the 2023 cohort of the upgrading class (associate-to-bachelor program) were selected as the control group and received traditional offline teaching, while 71 students from the 2024 cohort of the upgrading class were selected as the experimental group and received an OBE-based blended teaching model. Results: The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in assessment performance, self‑directed learning ability, and humanistic care competency compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with traditional teaching, the OBE‑based Curriculum‑Based Ideological and Political Education model contributes to improving students’ academic performance, self‑directed learning ability, and humanistic care literacy.
