烟台市海参产业发展分析

Analysis of the Sea Cucumber Industry Development in Yantai City

摘要: 近年来，烟台市海参产业呈现集聚效应，已成为拉动当地经济增长、助力沿海居民增收致富的关键动力。然而，海参市场供需失衡，海参滞销与库存积压，信息不对称与海参质量参差不齐问题加剧，揭示其根本原因，可从市场结构、产业链整合、技术瓶颈与政策环境等多个维度进行深入挖掘。为此，针对政府、海参行业协会、企业、消费者四类主体，分别提出具有针对性的建议，力求通过多主体协调合作来推动烟台市海参产业实现健康发展。

Abstract: In recent years, Yantai’s sea cucumber industry has demonstrated a significant cluster effect, becoming a key driver for local economic growth and increasing the incomes of coastal residents. However, the industry faces challenges including an imbalance between market supply and demand, unsold inventory and stockpiles of sea cucumbers, as well as information asymmetry and inconsistent product quality. To uncover the root causes, an in-depth analysis can be conducted from multiple dimensions such as market structure, industrial chain integration, technological bottlenecks, and policy environment. To this end, this paper proposes targeted recommendations for four key stakeholders—the government, sea cucumber industry associations, enterprises and consumers, aiming to promote the healthy development of Yantai’s sea cucumber industry through coordinated multi-stakeholder collaboration.
