新工科背景下特种设备无损检测微专业《渗透检测技术》课程教学改革与思政融合探索
Exploration on Teaching Reform and Ideological and Political Integration of the Course “Penetrant Testing Technology” in the Micro-Major of Special Equipment Non-Destructive Testing under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education
摘要: 为契合特种设备无损检测微专业“精准培育行业急需技术人才”的定位,针对《渗透检测技术》课程开设初期所存在的教学内容与工业需求相脱节、实践环节实效性欠佳、思政教育融入程度浅表等问题,结合新工科“产教融合、能力本位、价值塑造”理念以及课程思政建设要求,开展系统性的教学革新。通过重构“理论–实践–思政”三位一体的课程内容体系,创新“数字化 + 场景化”的实践教学模式,构建“过程化 + 多维度”的评价机制,达成技术能力培养与价值引领的有机整合。教学实践显示,改革之后学生的特种设备渗透检测实操能力以及工程伦理认知水平显著提高,课程满意度大幅上扬,有效增强了课程育人的针对性与实效性,为特种设备领域培育“懂技术、有担当、守伦理”的高素质技术技能人才提供了可行的途径。
Abstract: To align with the orientation of the micro-major in special equipment non-destructive testing, which aims to “accurately cultivate technical talents urgently needed by the industry”, this study addresses the problems existing in the initial stage of the course “Penetrant Testing Technology”, such as the disconnection between teaching content and industrial needs, poor effectiveness of practical sessions, and superficial integration of ideological and political education. Combined with the concepts of “industry-education integration, competency-based education, and value shaping” in emerging engineering education and the requirements for ideological and political curriculum construction, a systematic teaching reform was carried out. By reconstructing a “theory-practice-ideological and political education” trinity curriculum content system, innovating a “digital + scenario-based” practical teaching model, and building a “process-oriented + multi-dimensional” evaluation mechanism, the organic integration of technical ability training and value guidance was achieved. Teaching practice shows that after the reform, students’ practical operation ability in special equipment penetrant testing and their cognitive level of engineering ethics have been significantly improved, and the course satisfaction has been greatly enhanced. This effectively strengthens the pertinence and effectiveness of the course in talent cultivation, and provides a feasible path for cultivating high-quality technical talents who “master technology, have a sense of responsibility, and abide by ethics” in the field of special equipment.
