摘要: 临终期是每个人终其一生中必然要经历的一段时期，不断优化临终关怀能力，提升对临终患者的心理护理，从而减轻患者的心理压力，提高患者临终生活质量，是我们医护必备的临床技能。在临终期，患者面临死亡时所经历的心理阶段，以及相对应的阶段，医护人员应给予什么样的心理帮助，是值得研究和探讨的。

Abstract: The terminal stage is a period that everyone will eventually go through in their lifetime. Continuously optimizing the ability of end-of-life care and enhancing psychological care for terminal patients to alleviate their psychological stress and improve their quality of life during the terminal stage are essential clinical skills for medical staff. During the terminal stage, the psychological stages that patients experience when facing death and the corresponding psychological assistance that medical staff should provide are worthy of research and discussion.
