严重泛血管疾病患者胃癌根治术的麻醉管理一例
Anesthesia Management for a Patient with Severe Panvascular Disease Undergoing Radical Gastrectomy: A Case Report
摘要: 患者男,78岁,155 cm,41.5 kg,ASA III级,因“腹痛伴腹胀20天入院”,入院后病理结果提示胃窦部胃腺癌,拟于全身麻醉下行“胃癌根治术”。既往合并高血压,辅助检查提示冠状动脉、颈动脉、椎动脉、股动脉粥样硬化斑块形成伴狭窄,考虑为泛血管疾病。
Abstract: The patient is a 78-year-old male, 155 cm, 41.5 kg, ASA physical status III, admitted to the hospital with “abdominal pain and bloating for 20 days”. Post-admission pathological results indicated gastric adenocarcinoma in the gastric antrum. He was scheduled for “radical gastrectomy for cancer” under general anesthesia. His past medical history includes hypertension. Auxiliary examinations revealed atherosclerotic plaque formation with stenosis in the coronary, carotid, vertebral, and femoral arteries, leading to a consideration of panvascular disease.
