摘要: 本文详细探讨了6σ管理方法在EACOP (东非原油管道项目)油气管道项目场站AGI (Above-Ground Installation)土建基础施工过程中的应用。通过详细分析油气管道项目场站土建基础施工的质量管控问题,采用6σ管理工具对施工质量进行全面优化,旨在提升项目质量控制水平,确保项目质量目标的实现。文章介绍了运用6σ管理工具如流程图、因果图及统计分析软件Minitab对土建基础质量影响因素进行识别和改进的过程,确定关键因素X,通过对关键因素的识别,提出对应的改进措施。通过对关键质量问题的深入分析与改进措施的实施,显著提高了施工质量,确保了项目的顺利推进。
Abstract: This paper explores the application of Six Sigma management methods in the construction process of civil foundations for Above-Ground Installations (AGI) at the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project. By analyzing quality control issues in the construction of oil and gas field station foundations, Six Sigma management tools are used to comprehensively optimize construction quality with the aim of improving project quality control and ensuring the achievement of quality objectives. The paper describes the process of using Six Sigma tools such as flowcharts, cause-and-effect diagrams, and statistical analysis software Minitab to identify and improve factors affecting the quality of civil foundations. Key factors (X) were determined, and corresponding improvement measures were proposed. Through in-depth analysis of key quality issues and the implementation of improvement measures, significant enhancements in construction quality were achieved, ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
