数字劳动视角下电子商务平台劳动者权益保障的马克思主义审视

Marxist Perspective on Protecting E-Commerce Platform Laborers’ Rights from the Digital Labor Angle

摘要: 随着数字经济与电子商务深度融合，平台经济催生了新型数字劳动形态，电商主播、带货达人、平台商家运营、物流配送员等劳动者群体规模持续扩大，但与此同时，也隐藏着劳动者权益保障的深层危机。本文通过剖析电子商务平台数字劳动的本质特征与异化表现，揭示资本逻辑下平台劳动者权益受损的深层机理，并提出符合马克思主义公平正义原则的权益保障路径，为电子商务平台经济的健康可持续发展提供思路。

Abstract: With the deep integration of the digital economy and e-commerce, the platform economy has spawned new forms of digital labor. The scale of labor groups such as e-commerce hosts, live streamers, platform merchant operators, and logistics deliverers continues to expand. Meanwhile, it hides a profound crisis in the protection of laborers’ rights and interests. By analyzing the essential characteristics and alienation manifestations of digital labor on e-commerce platforms, this paper reveals the underlying mechanism of labor rights violations under the logic of capital. It also proposes protection paths in line with Marxist principles of fairness and justice, providing ideas for the healthy and sustainable development of the e-commerce platform economy.
