智媒时代自习直播的媒介依赖与效能审视
Media Dependency and Efficacy Examination of Study Live Streaming in the Intelligent Media Era
摘要: 智媒时代的深度发展与青年群体面临的现实竞争压力,共同造就自习直播这一学习实践的火爆。本文旨在超越“利用”或“沉溺”的简单二元论,通过构建并应用包含工具性与情感性两大范畴、九个维度的媒介依赖评估标准,深入剖析自习直播依赖导致的双重效果。研究发现,适度的媒介依赖能通过提供外部监督、情感陪伴与身份认同,有效赋能用户的学习过程。然而,当依赖程度加深,同一机制可能导向自律能力外包、表演性焦虑与实践商业化的异化后果。本研究认为,对自习直播的反思不能仅停留在个体层面的批判性使用,同样需要对平台伦理与数字时代学习本质进行审视,从而为理解智媒时代的人与技术关系提供深刻启示。
Abstract: The in-depth development of the intelligent media era and the realistic competitive pressures faced by young people have jointly contributed to the popularity of study live streaming as a learning practice. This paper aims to go beyond the simple dualism of “utilization” or “addiction”. By constructing and applying a media dependency evaluation standard consisting of two categories (instrumental and emotional) and nine dimensions, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the dual effects caused by dependence on study live streaming. The study finds that moderate media dependency can effectively empower users’ learning processes by providing external supervision, emotional companionship and identity recognition. However, when the degree of dependency deepens, the same mechanism may lead to alienating consequences such as outsourcing of self-discipline capabilities, performative anxiety and commercialization of practice. This study holds that reflection on study live streaming should not be limited to critical use at the individual level, but also needs to examine platform ethics and the essence of learning in the digital age, so as to provide profound insights for understanding the relationship between humans and technology in the intelligent media era.
