面向武陵山装备制造的材料力学“工单制”教学模式研究
Research on the “Work Order System” Teaching Model for Mechanics of Materials Oriented towards the Equipment Manufacturing Industry in the Wuling Mountain Area
摘要: 为应对武陵山地区装备制造业转型升级对高素质技术技能人才的需求,针对传统材料力学课程教学中存在的学生畏难情绪高、实践与创新能力不足等问题,本研究将“工单制”教学模式引入教学改革。该模式以项目管理、工学结合及任务驱动教学法为理论基石,构建了以“工单”为载体、融“理论–实验–项目”于一体的教学内容体系,并设计了四阶段递进式教学方法,辅以过程性与终结性相结合的多元评价体系。该模式能有效激发学生学习兴趣,显著提升其专业技能、自主学习能力及解决工程实际问题的能力。可行性分析从技术、经济、社会及政策四维度论证了其在区域装备制造专业教育中推广的潜力。
Abstract: In response to the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talent required by the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry in the Wuling Mountain area, and addressing issues in traditional Mechanics of Materials courses such as high student anxiety and insufficient practical and innovative abilities, this study introduces the “Work Order System” teaching model into teaching reform. Grounded in project management, the integration of work and study, and task-driven teaching methodologies, this model constructs an integrated teaching content system combining “theory-experiment-project” with the “work order” as the carrier. A four-stage progressive teaching method is designed, supported by a diversified evaluation system that combines process and summative assessments. This model effectively stimulates students’ learning interest and significantly enhances their professional skills, self-directed learning abilities, and capacity to solve practical engineering problems. A feasibility analysis demonstrates its potential for promotion in professional education for regional equipment manufacturing from technical, economic, social, and policy perspectives.
