大学生VDTS知信行现状及其计算机视觉综合征的关联分析
Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Status of Video Display Terminal Syndrome (VDTS) among College Students and Its Association with Computer Vision Syndrome
摘要: 目的:调查大学生视频终端综合征(VDTS)的知识、态度与行为(KAP)现状,并分析其与计算机视觉综合征(CVS)的关联及影响因素。方法:采用随机抽样法对302名大学生进行问卷调查,运用相关分析与多元线性回归进行统计分析。结果:大学生VDTS知信行总分为(92.21 ± 16.15)分,知识(6.69 ± 2.25)与态度(37.86 ± 5.69)维度得分尚可,但行为维度(47.66 ± 8.21)显著偏低,存在“知行分离”现象。行为维度与CVS症状呈显著负相关(r = −0.418, P < 0.01)。多元回归分析显示,屈光状态(β = 0.561)、态度(β = 0.132)及行为(β = −0.275)是CVS的显著影响因素(均P < 0.05),模型解释方差为22.8%。结论:大学生VDTS防控的核心矛盾在于从态度到行为的转化障碍。未来干预应从单纯的知识普及转向针对行为转化障碍的多元策略,其中促进健康用眼行为应成为核心靶点。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) status regarding Video Display Terminal Syndrome (VDTS) among college students and to analyze its association with Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) and related influencing factors. Methods: A total of 302 college students were selected to complete a questionnaire survey using random sampling. Statistical analysis was conducted using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. Results: The overall KAP score of college students regarding VDTS was 92.21 ± 16.15. The scores for knowledge (6.69 ± 2.25) and attitude (37.86 ± 5.69) were moderate, while the behavioral dimension (47.66 ± 8.21) was significantly lower, revealing a noticeable “knowledge-behavior gap”. The behavioral dimension was negatively correlated with CVS symptoms (r = −0.418, P < 0.01). Multiple regression analysis indicated that refractive status (β = 0.561), attitude (β = 0.132), and behavior (β = −0.275) were significant predictors of CVS (all P < 0.05), explaining 22.8% of the variance. Conclusion: The key challenge in VDTS prevention among college students lies in the transformation from positive attitudes to healthy behaviors. Future interventions should shift from mere knowledge dissemination toward multidimensional strategies addressing behavioral transformation barriers, emphasizing the promotion of healthy visual habits as a central target.
