基于感性工学的送餐机器人设计研究
Research on the Design of Food Delivery Robots Based on Kansei Engineering
摘要: 随着科技的不断进步,送餐机器人逐渐成为餐饮服务业的创新力量,它们不仅提升了服务效率,还为顾客带来了新颖的就餐体验。然而目前送餐机器人在造型设计和情感化设计方面尚存在研究空间。本文旨在运用感性工学的方法,探索送餐机器人的情感化设计要素,以增强其用户体验和市场竞争力。本文在文献的理论基础上,通过问卷调查、KJ法、语义差分法、主成分分析法和因子分析法等多种研究方法的综合运用,深入分析了设计要素与用户感性需求之间的关系。研究结果揭示了影响送餐机器人造型设计的重要因素以及相应的设计特征。并根据研究结果完成了送餐机器人设计实践,也为未来的设计研究和实践提供了经验和见解。
Abstract: With continuous technological advancements, food delivery robots have emerged as an innovative force in the catering industry. They not only enhance service efficiency but also offer customers novel dining experiences. However, current food delivery robots still present research opportunities in terms of form design and emotional design. This paper aims to explore the emotional design elements of food delivery robots using the methodology of Kansei engineering, thereby enhancing their user experience and market competitiveness. Building upon theoretical literature, this study employs a comprehensive approach integrating questionnaire surveys, KJ method, semantic differential method, principal component analysis, and factor analysis to deeply analyze the relationship between design elements and users’ emotional needs. The findings reveal key factors influencing the form design of delivery robots and corresponding design characteristics. Based on these results, practical design applications for delivery robots were completed, providing valuable insights and experience for future design research and practice.
