农村电商赋能农民增收致富的内在机理、现实困境与优化路径

摘要: 农民农村共同富裕是全体人民共同富裕的重要内容。在城乡融合发展背景下,农村电商有望为农民增收致富提供强劲动能。本文以马克思主义社会再生产理论为理论基础,依序从生产、分配、交换、消费四环节展开论述,系统剖析农村电商赋能农民增收致富的内在机理。然而当前农村电商发展面临主体数字素养缺失与人才供给不足、农产品附加值低与品牌化建设迟滞、物流体系不健全与数字基础设施薄弱等三大现实困境。基于此,应从创新人才培养机制、构建品牌价值体系、完善基础设施体系三个维度加快推进农村电商赋能农民增收致富的实践进程。
Abstract: Common prosperity for farmers and rural areas is a crucial component of common prosperity for all people. In the context of urban-rural integration, rural e-commerce holds the potential to become a powerful driver of increased farmer income and prosperity. Based on Marxist theory of social reproduction as the theoretical foundation, this paper sequentially elaborates on the four links—production, distribution, exchange, and consumption—to systematically analyze the internal mechanism through which rural e-commerce empowers farmers to increase their income and achieve prosperity. However, the current development of rural e-commerce faces three major practical challenges: a lack of digital literacy among participants and insufficient talent supply, low value-added of agricultural products and delayed brand-building, as well as an underdeveloped logistics system and weak digital infrastructure. Accordingly, it is essential to accelerate the practical process of rural e-commerce empowering farmers to increase their income and achieve prosperity by innovating talent cultivation mechanisms, constructing a brand value system, and improving the infrastructure system.
