中华体育精神融入高校游泳课程思政建设研究
Research on Integrating Chinese Sports Spirit into the Ideological and Political Construction of Swimming Courses in Colleges and Universities
摘要: 高校游泳课程作为体育教育的重要组成部分,不仅承担着提升学生身体素质、传授游泳技能的职责,更是落实立德树人根本任务、开展课程思政的关键载体。中华体育精神蕴含着“为国争光、无私奉献、科学求实、遵纪守法、团结协作、顽强拼搏”的丰富内涵,与高校课程思政的育人目标高度契合。文章运用文献研究法、调查分析法等研究方法,从理论基础、现状审视、实践策略三个维度,系统探究中华体育精神融入高校游泳课程思政建设的路径。研究发现,当前高校游泳课程思政建设存在思政元素挖掘不深、教学方法单一、评价体系不完善、师资育人能力不足等问题。基于此,提出优化教学内容、创新教学方法、完善育人体系、加强师资建设等实践策略,旨在为高校游泳课程思政高质量发展提供理论参考与实践指引,助力培养德技并修、全面发展的时代新人。
Abstract: As a vital component of physical education, university swimming courses not only enhance students’ physical fitness and impart swimming skills, but also serve as a crucial platform for implementing the fundamental mission of moral education and integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum. The Chinese sports spirit, embodying values such as “national pride, selfless dedication, scientific rigor, legal compliance, teamwork, and tenacious perseverance,” aligns closely with the educational objectives of ideological and political education in higher education. This study employs literature review and survey analysis to systematically explore pathways for integrating the Chinese sports spirit into the ideological and political education of university swimming courses through three dimensions: theoretical foundations, current status assessment, and practical strategies. The research identifies challenges, including insufficient exploration of ideological elements, monotonous teaching methods, incomplete evaluation systems, and inadequate faculty development capabilities. Based on these findings, the paper proposes practical strategies such as optimizing course content, innovating teaching methodologies, refining educational frameworks, and strengthening faculty development. These measures aim to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the high-quality development of ideological and political education in university swimming courses, ultimately cultivating well-rounded individuals who excel in both moral integrity and technical proficiency.
