案例教学法在国家基本药物目录教学中的应用研究
Application of Case-Based Learning in the Teaching of the National Essential Medicines List in China
摘要: 目的:探讨案例教学法在国家基本药物目录教学中的应用价值、实施路径与对策,以应对传统“讲授–记忆”模式难以培养学生应对复杂决策能力的问题。方法:通过文献梳理建构案例教学法的理论基础,结合具体教学实例(伊马替尼),系统阐述其在将药物目录遴选原则具体化、动态展示政策演进及揭示现实挑战等方面的应用价值。研究构建了包含案例遴选标准、课堂组织实施及多元效果评估在内的教学模式。结果:案例教学法通过创设“认知冲突”与“情境学习”,能有效促进学生高阶思维能力发展,将其从被动知识接收者转变为主动的政策分析者与问题解决者。结论:案例教学法为国家基本药物目录教学提供了有力的方法论支持,对推动药学教育从知识传授向能力培养转型、培育胜任新时代高素质专业人才具有重要价值。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application value, implementation pathways, and countermeasures of case-based learning (CBL) in the teaching of the National Essential Medicines List (NEML) in China, addressing the shortcomings of the traditional “lecture-memorization” model in cultivating students’ ability to handle complex policy decisions. Methods: The theoretical foundation of CBL was constructed through literature review. Combined with specific teaching examples (e.g., imatinib), its application value was systematically elaborated, including concretizing the abstract principles of medicine selection, dynamically demonstrating policy evolution, and revealing real-world challenges. A teaching model encompassing case selection criteria, classroom organization and implementation, and multiple assessment methods were developed. Results: By creating “cognitive conflict” and “situated learning” environments, CBL effectively promotes the development of students’ higher-order thinking skills, transforming them from passive knowledge recipients into active policy analysts and problem solvers. Conclusions: CBL provides robust methodological support for NEML teaching. It holds significant value for promoting the transformation of pharmaceutical education from knowledge transmission to competency cultivation and for training high-quality professionals competent for the new era.
