论民办高校教育思想与高质量发展的协同路径——兼论法治思维的保障作用

On the Synergistic Path of Educational Thought and High-Quality Development in Private Universities—Discussing the Guarantee Role of Legal Thinking

摘要: 高质量发展是新时代我国高等教育改革发展的核心主题，而教育思想的革新与法治思维的深化则是实现高质量发展的双轮驱动。民办高校作为高等教育体系的重要组成部分，亟须从传统的规模扩张转向质量提升和内涵发展。本文围绕教育思想引领与法治思维保障的双重视角，分析当前民办高校在育人理念、管理模式和制度建设方面存在的问题，并提出以先进教育思想为指导、以法治思维为保障，推动民办高校实现治理现代化、育人全面化和发展可持续化的路径，为实现教育高质量发展提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract: High-quality development is the core theme of the reform and development of higher education in China in the new era, while the innovation of educational thought and the deepening of legal thinking are the dual driving forces for achieving high-quality development. Private universities, as an important part of the higher education system, urgently need to shift from traditional scale expansion toward quality improvement and connotative development. This paper analyzes the current issues in private universities regarding educational philosophy, management models, and institutional construction from the dual perspective of educational thought guidance and legal thinking guarantee. It proposes pathways to promote the modernization of governance, comprehensive education, and sustainable development of private universities, guided by advanced educational ideas and safeguarded by legal thinking, providing theoretical references and practical guidance for achieving high-quality education development.
