人工智能在电子商务中的应用与挑战
The Application and Challenges of Artificial Intelligence in E-Commerce
摘要: 随着人工智能技术的快速发展,其在电子商务领域的应用日益广泛,深刻改变了传统电商的运营模式与用户体验。本文系统分析了人工智能在电子商务中的关键技术,包括推荐系统、智能客服、图像识别、供应链优化等,并探讨了其在个性化营销、用户体验提升、运营效率优化等方面的具体应用。同时,本文也指出了人工智能在电商应用中面临的数据隐私、算法偏见、技术依赖等挑战,指出未来AI与电商的深度融合有赖于建立一套新的人机协同与伦理治理框架,以实现可持续的价值共创。
Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, its application in the field of e-commerce has become increasingly widespread, profoundly changing the operational models and user experience of traditional e-commerce. This paper systematically analyzes the key technologies of AI in e-commerce, including recommendation systems, intelligent customer service, image recognition, and supply chain optimization, and discusses their specific applications in personalized marketing, user experience enhancement, and operational efficiency improvement. At the same time, this paper also points out the challenges faced by AI in e-commerce applications, such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and technical dependence, and looks forward to future development trends, in order to provide references for related research and practice.
