诚信教育融入《机械制造基础1》课程教学途径的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice on Integrating Integrity Education into the Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing 1 Curriculum
摘要: 审视当前的《机械制造基础1》课程,发现其中技术能力与伦理素养的协同培养有待加强,教学内容的工程背景支撑相对薄弱,并且诚信教育环节也需进一步深化与落实,本研究探索了以“区块链技术为工具,诚信文化为内核”的教学改革路径。通过构建“历史伦理解码–区块链技术验证–工程场景实战”三位一体的教学模式,并以“高铁轴承钢”重大工程案例贯穿材料失效分析、工艺参数存证与供应链防控三大模块,系统性地将诚信教育融入课程知识体系。该设计有效提升了学生的工程技术能力、数据风险防控意识与伦理决策水平,加强学生的创新素质培养。
Abstract: An examination of the current Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing 1 course reveals that the coordinated development of technical competencies and ethical literacy needs strengthening, the engineering context within the teaching content is relatively weak, and the integrity education component requires further deepening and implementation. This study explores a teaching reform path that utilizes “blockchain technology as a tool and integrity culture as the core”. By constructing a tripartite pedagogical model of “Historical Ethical Decoding-Blockchain Technology Verification-Engineering Scenario Simulation”, and threading the major engineering case of “high-speed railway bearing steel” through three modules—material failure analysis, process parameter notarization, and supply chain risk prevention—the ethical “genes” of integrity are systematically integrated into the course knowledge system. This design has effectively enhanced students’ engineering technical capabilities, awareness of data risk prevention, ethical decision-making skills, and strengthened their innovative competence.
